Bio Beauties offers FREE SHIPPING on every order, with no minimum purchase required. A free shipping option is available for deliveries within the United States and to the international destinations we currently serve. Select Free Shipping — $0 at checkout. Other paid shipping options may also be available.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after the order is placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping Within the United States

Shipping cost: $0 on all U.S. orders, regardless of order value. No minimum spend or discount code is required. Shipping times vary by destination, service, carrier conditions, holidays, and other circumstances. Any estimated delivery times available will be shown at checkout.

International Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders to the international countries Bio Beauties currently serves, with no minimum purchase. We ship to selected international destinations, not every country. Other delivery methods may be available at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities. These fees are separate from the shipping charge and are not included in the free-shipping offer.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation so you can follow your package's progress.

Delays, Lost Packages, or Damage

Shipping may be affected by weather, holidays, customs processing, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier using your tracking information and email sales@biobeauties.com with your order number and details. We will do our best to assist.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has been placed or shipped.
